The File ensures absolute confidentiality and privacy of personal data processed, thereby adopting security measures, technical and/or organizational measures required to prevent alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access to the data, ensuring data security. The File is not responsible in any way for any incidents that may arise with respect to personal data when deriving either an attack or unauthorized access to systems such that it is impossible to detect by the security measures implemented.

The parties are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, pledging not to introduce false data and the amendments thereto if necessary.
